Booking for all portrait sessions, events, and 360 rentals; a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session, and serves as a cancelation fee. However, the fee can be created towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. Cancellation policy/ For portrait sessions, events, and digital photo booth or 360 rentals; if the client cancels, they will forfeit their retainer paid to schedule the session or event. The fee can be credited towards a future session, if the client reschedules the appointment by calling/text/email within 72 hours prior to the date of the session, and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If DiamondRichelle Photography cannot accomplish the session or event due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, inclement weather, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client, and shall have no further liability.This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic material are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunctions, lost in the mail, 360 photo booth or digital photo booth malfunctioning, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
